I’m Sergio Torres, and I started Menu Dr. LLC to help small restaurants in Northern Colorado stay competitive with more transparent menus. I am a graduate of Colorado State University with a bachelor’s in Food Science and Human Nutrition, and of Case Western Reserve University with a master’s in Public Health Nutrition. I am a credentialed Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) meaning I am a food and nutrition expert who has completed an accredited graduate degree, supervised practice hours, passed a national exam, and continue engaging in professional development throughout my career.
I have experience working at federal and local government agencies, non-profit organizations, and my own private food business.
